What does 1-2-3 Driving School provide for students of the ages 14 to 17 to complete a driver's education course?

We offer an 24 hour Online Teen Drivers Education Course and it is approved by the State of Texas. First, you begin with the online classroom course and then complete your driver's education behind-the-wheel lessons at our driving school in-person.

In order for a student to begin the driving portion of driver education the student must first acquire a Learner’s License (Permit). Driving lessons with us are scheduled online through ScheduleYourLife.com. Driving lesson schedules are posted on THURSDAYS at 6:00PM for the following week. They are available on a first come first serve basis.

NOTE ABOUT DRIVING LESSON CANCELLATIONS: If you need to make sure to cancel a lesson at least 24 hours in advance at the latest. Same day cancellations are charged a fee of $35.

DRIVING TEST and ONLINE DPS LICENSE SUBMISSION: Our school is approved to provide the TX DPS Third Party Driving Test. The student is eligible to take the driving test once they meet all the requirements such as completing the online course and driving lessons as well as holding the learners permit for 6 months and the additional 30 hours of driving practice with the parents. 1-2-3 will also submit the driver license application to the DPS which allows parents and students to skip the second trip. COST FOR OUR STUDENTS IS $115 (to be paid at the time of the driving test).

Vehicle collisions are the number one killer of all people under the age of 30. This fact clearly highlights the importance of effective driver education. Our online course is based on video instruction with hours of real driving situations diagrammed and explained. There is simply no other course on the market like it. The course begins with the first unit (about 6 hours) devoted to teaching the rules of the road and the many traffic signs. At the end of this section the student can take the written portion also know as the knowledge test. Once the student has obtained their learner’s permit they can now start the seven (7) driving lessons required by the State of Texas. Don’t forget the remaining units in the online course and the additional driving practice with your parents!
